I have a new VG814 to test and when it stay with the LED Steady blue (IGT is not correctly installed in the manual)
What does that mean ? i tried to make a factory reset but its not working too.
anybody have the same issue ?

I reply for myself.
i had a problem on
the connection of the power supply, there is 3 pin to connect (V+, V-
and IGT) and we didnt connect the IGT Pin so the power supply was not
working well.
Its working now.
