The eSIM activation process for FWA12

Please note that our eSIM is not a standard eUICC. It uses a factory-embedded SIM profile that is specifically configured for Verizon only and does not support remote provisioning or carrier switching.

To activate the service, please call the Verizon customer service hotline directly(or contact Verizon Person). During the call, provide the following information found on the back label of the device :

  • IMEI2

  • ICCI D

Verizon will help to activate this sim card with these information.
