Goodmorning, im not able to register an old inhand to the gateway page, keep say “Invalid serial number or mac address” , the number in the seral number and Mac field are the same of the label on the device but the site page dont like it.
IR704 is end of life a few years. And the IR704 doesn’t work with InCloud or Device manager portal.
