I have an IR302 running V3.5.89 that is disconnecting then reconnecting to the cellular network and I can't figure out why.
I'm watching the modem status page and it will be connected and happy. it then disconnects, says detecting modem type. says modem is ready. connects and will sit for a few minutes. I cannot figure out why it's starting to do this all of a sudden and it's driving me crazy. I've attached the log file if it helps.
From the device log information, it was discovered that the device is using a T-Mobile SIM card with the APN fast.t-mobile.com; however, the device is currently configured for the VERIZON carrier, resulting in an incorrect APN configuration and causing network anomalies.
Please check whether the configuration is incorrect and refer to the following correct settings:
