IR302 Continuously Disconnecting and Reconnecting

Hello, 

I recently purchased an Inhand IR302 to provide a cellular connection to a computer via ethernet. I have a SIM card that I put in the IR302. When I configure it for AT&T it says “detecting modem” and after a few seconds it connects. However, after a few more seconds it then disconnects and the cycle of connecting and disconnecting repeats. I have put the SIM card into a phone and verified that it works properly and is receiving good signal. I am using the antennas provided with the IR302 and the power connector provided. If anyone has ideas or any troubleshooting steps I should take please let me know. I can also provide additional information if needed.

  1. Please navigate to Status--> Network Connection, send me the screenshot.

3. Please navigate to the Status—>Log, download the System Diagnosing Data and log file and send to me

Hi I am having a similar issue with both the cellular and LAN connection. Everything works for a few minutes, then it disconnects. I have tried cellular only, and LAN only with the same results. 
I have the same issue. The
modem is in a cellular connection state that renews itself every two minutes,
interrupting the data connection. 
I tried reading the instructions in the manual, but it still lists menus that
aren't actually present on the router's web server. 
How can I maintain a constant cellular connection?
