inConnect Router IR305 can't register-Cannot resolve host address

Have a device IR305 that cannot connect to inConnect portal:
This is what the log says:
RESOLVE: Cannot resolve host address: www.hostvpn.cloud:61723(Name or service not known)

From the tasks inConnect: 
SPSNA-BNYPENrun config applyPENDING
Hi, it looks like there is a network issue on the device side that is not resolving the server address.
1. is it convenient to provide the device network egress method? Providing syslogs would be better
2. Please check if there is any network black/white list access restriction.
The device cannot connect to InConnect due to a domain name resolution failure for 'www.hostvpn.cloud'.
1.Check if the device's internet connection is working properly.


2.Please check if the device's DNS configuration is correct .
