Anyone using the IG502 with Losant.com ? 

I've tried three different devices from Inhand and none of them will authenticate using MQTT on Losant.

I found that "Client ID" is required with MQTT and Inhand
is missing this field on many devices.   I finally tried the IG502 and
it has a field for "Client ID" 


For use with Losant, it is not the "name" of the device you use, it is the number under the name you should cut and paste.   


Unfortunately, the Inhand manuals are horrible and it takes days to talk to anyone for support.
