GET /api/touch/tunnels/{id} api call with 404 error

With correct id, this api call is not working.
All other remote tunnel api call including get, post, put, delete are working except for this call.

Which device is this? 
Also what are you using to send the GET? Postman?

its for IR300 and yes both GET via my app (python w/ fastapi) and Postman.

They are still not working.
