Unfortunately I had to notice, that my IR302 Router (Serial# RF3022544668208) has developed an issue. It seems to be losing the configuration frequently, which requires me to move physically to the offgrid location to fully reconfigure it after performing a reset to gain access to the interface.
When it is in “config lost” state, it seems to be routing all traffic through internet directly, however no management interface is available and the device is not showing within the online controls.
I am also not getting the 4G connection to work using the provider EIOTCLUB, maybe you have some references on that as well.
The “main” uplink is performed through a Starlink setup, the SIM-Card with 4G acts as a backup. Connectivity onsite is sufficient, a security camera is running through the same provider and not showing any issues in connectivity at all.
The entire system is powered through a solar setup where a buffer battery provides the relevant power. Cutoff Voltage for the load on the battery is above the nominal lowest power requirement by the router (10.8V vs 9V)
Have you observed any issues like that before? Any advice on how to resolve the issue?
